Chicago Abundance PAC organizes voters, funds government-transparency reforms, and backs candidates of any party who sign our open-government pledge. We take no money from corporations — only individuals.
Nonpartisan by design, not by accident.
Chicago Abundance PAC was formed by former county election clerks and civic organizers who kept seeing the same problem from opposite sides of the aisle: it's still too hard for people to know when and how to vote, and too easy for money to move through campaigns unseen. We fund the fix for both, regardless of party.

Where we put our resources

Voter registration & turnout
Door-to-door canvassing, registration drives at community events, and free rides to the polls, concentrated in precincts with historically low turnout.

Government transparency
We lobby for open-records reform and public, searchable disclosure of campaign spending — and we publish our own finances the same way we ask candidates to.

Candidate support
We endorse and fund candidates from any party who sign our open-government pledge: quarterly finance disclosure, public town halls, and no anonymous donors.

Civic education
Plain-language voter guides that explain what's actually on your ballot — measures, judgeships, and down-ballot races — without telling you how to vote.
Volunteer
Canvassing, phone and text banking, and poll-worker rides. Training takes twenty minutes and we'll pair you with a team lead in your area.
